Required Skills and Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Strong experience in web design, including responsive design principles. Proficiency with UI libraries such as Material UI, ShadCN, or similar frameworks. Solid understanding of HTML/CSS for designing interactive prototypes. Familiarity with design systems and component-based design. Knowledge of modern design trends, such as Material Design, Fluent Design, or iOS Human Interface Guidelines. Good understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with design systems and version control (Git, for example). Familiarity with animation tools (e.g., Lottie) for UI motion design. Experience working in agile development environments.
