Role Overview The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for IT positions. You’ll partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, and ensure a smooth hiring experience. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles (Developers, Engineers, Architects, QA, DevOps, Cloud, etc.). Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and job descriptions. Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and employee referrals. Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communications. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for current and future requirements. Maintain recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source of hire, offer-to-join ratio). Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process. Requirements Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. 2+ years of proven experience in IT recruitment (agency or corporate). Strong understanding of IT technologies, tools, and job roles. Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.) and professional networks (LinkedIn). Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to handle multiple requirements under tight timelines.
