About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our dynamic HR team. This internship will offer you valuable learning experiences in various HR functions and will provide a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment. Role Learning’s: As an HR Intern, you will get the opportunity to work on various aspects of human resources, including: Talent Acquisition: Assist with recruitment processes, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screening. HR Operations: Support daily HR operations, including documentation, onboarding, and maintaining HR records. Employee Life Cycle Management: Learn about the different stages of the employee life cycle, from hiring to exits, and assist in managing each phase. Talent Management: Gain exposure to performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement initiatives. Requirements: Must be willing to work from the office (Navi Mumbai location). Available for a 6-month internship. Strong communication skills and willingness to learn. Basic understanding of HR functions is a plus but not mandatory. Must be a current student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in HR.
