Job Description
The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective solution selling. The role requires a blend of technical understanding and business acumen to successfully pitch aerospace and engineering solutions to prospective clients. Purpose of the Role To find and connect with potential clients, develop long-term customer relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth by generating new business opportunities and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Achieve assigned annual and quarterly sales targets for the company Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads Follow up on sales opportunities and manage the sales pipeline Pitch and present the company’s products and services to prospective customers Conduct cold calls and outreach to potential clients Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders Coordinate with internal technical and engineering teams to support solution selling Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Achievement of revenue targets against budget New customer acquisition and conversion rate Lead generation and pipeline growth Customer engagement and relationship development Required Qualifications MBA with a Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech) in: Mechanical Engineering Electronics Engineering Aerospace Engineering Aeronautical Engineering Experience Requirements 2–3 years of experience in solution-based selling Experience in B2B sales, preferably in aerospace, engineering, or technology-driven industries Core Competencies Strong business acumen and commercial understanding Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer and client-focused approach Strong presentation and pitching skills Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets
