WHAT YOU'LL DO Leading investigations and engineering solutions for emergent issues. Acquiring a broad and deep understanding of Pure Storage's full software stack. Developing services and AI tools to diagnose and protect our growing fleet. Designing next generation analytics to monitor our fleet’s health and anticipate new problems. Representing our customers when presenting complex product issues & developing solutions with engineering peers. Representing Pure Storage Engineering in interactions with customers to enable million dollar deals. Participating in our on-call rotation to rapidly respond to customer outages world-wide and improve Pure Storage’s world-class uptime. WHAT YOU BRING Natural curiosity, obsessive attention to detail and innate troubleshooting skills. Ability to analyze complex systems and describe in simple terms. SRE experience with large production environments. Ability to speak and write without offending unless intended 6 months to 1 years relevant work experience We speak Go, Java, Python, C++, and linux.
