We are looking for a proactive and technically inclined Trading Operations Executive to support and monitor trading systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with trading platforms, OMS/EMS systems, and market connectivity. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of trading operations by monitoring systems, resolving incidents, and coordinating with internal tech teams and exchanges to address any disruptions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitor trading platforms and market connectivity in real time. 2. Identify and resolve latency, connectivity, and order-routing issues. 3. Perform daily system health checks and ensure platform stability. 4. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system upgrades. 5. Maintain incident logs, reports, and audit-ready documentation. 6. Coordinate with tech teams, brokers, and exchanges for issue resolution. 7. Ensure adherence to risk controls and operational SOPs. Required Skills: 1. Strong understanding of trading systems and market infrastructure. 2. Knowledge of OMS/EMS platforms and FIX protocol. 3. Experience in incident and issue management. 4. System monitoring and reporting skills. 5. Ability to coordinate with technical and external stakeholders. 6. Awareness of risk controls and compliance processes. 7.
