This is not a traditional role – it’s a strategic and entrepreneurial position where you will wear multiple hats, solve complex business problems, and execute high-impact projects across functions. If you have prior Founder/Co-Founder experience and are eager to shape a fast-scaling company’s journey, this role gives you a seat at the strategy table with unmatched exposure. Key Responsibilities Act as the right hand to the Founder, supporting decision-making and execution across business, operations, hiring, fundraising, and partnerships. Own and drive 0 → 1 initiatives across product, business development, and GTM strategies. Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and data-driven analysis to support strategic planning. Work on fundraising decks, investor relations, and strategic pitches. Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with company vision and goals. Build scalable processes, playbooks, and frameworks for rapid growth. Support in hiring key talent and building a strong organizational culture. ✅ Requirements Founder/Co-Founder experience or early-stage startup leadership role. Graduate from a premium institution (DTU, NSIT, PEC, Thapar, IITs, NITs). Strong entrepreneurial mindset with resilience, adaptability, and execution focus. Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
