Role Overview We are hiring motivated individuals for a Work From Home AI data collection project. Selected candidates will wear a head-mounted recording device and use an iPhone to capture high-quality Point-of-View (POV) videos of daily work activities and production tasks for AI model training. Key Responsibilities Wear head gear and use iPhone to record POV videos. Perform assigned tasks while ensuring both hands are clearly visible in the frame with proper camera angle. Maintain high recording quality (clarity, lighting, framing, and steadiness). Meet daily production targets and quality standards. Submit recordings through the AI automation system. Mandatory Requirements Must own a good quality iPhone (recent models preferred). Must have / use head gear for mounting the recording device. Quiet, well-lit dedicated workspace at home. Stable internet connection (minimum 10–15 Mbps). Ability to keep both hands visible and maintain correct frame angle while working. High attention to detail and consistency. Working Hours Mandatory : The job requires mandatory 4 to 6 hours of actual production (recording) per day that must be uploaded and approved. Regular working hours as per project requirement. Compensation ₹200 per Approved Production Hour Payment is made only for approved hours based on quality parameters (hand visibility, frame angle, video clarity, task accuracy, etc.). Milestone Benefit: Complete 125 approved production hours to receive PG reimbursement of up to ₹7,500. Earnings & Feasibility Picture At ₹200 per approved hour: 4 hours/day → ₹800/day 6 hours/day → ₹1,200/day Monthly (25 working days) → ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 (if you consistently hit approval rates) This is realistic only if your recordings get approved at a high rate (80–90%+). In the beginning, many people get 50–70% approval until they perfect the setup. Important Notes This is a performance-based role. Only recordings meeting strict quality standards will be approved for payment. The process is largely tool-based with AI automation.
