Working directly with the leadership, you’ll be the first touchpoint with prospects and a key driver of our early growth. In this role, you will craft high-quality outbound campaigns, create curiosity around our AI agents, and book meetings with client finance, operations, marketing, sales and revenue leaders who stand to benefit most from our platform. This is a high-impact opportunity for a driven BDS who wants ownership, creativity, and progression into a future executive role as the team scales. Responsibilities • Drive top-of-funnel activity through high-volume outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) • Run initial discovery to identify challenges in data science and insights pain points to seed Naukr AI platform • Book qualified meetings and create a consistently strong pipeline • Maintain organized, accurate pipeline data in HubSpot, Apollo.io or equivalent • Collaborate with founders to refine ICP, messaging, and outbound strategy • Continuously test and iterate on scripts, sequences, and personalization Page 1 of 3 Job Title: Business Development Specialist Job Type: Salaried, Permanent • Capture and share prospect insights to shape product and GTM • Help build the foundational BDS playbook that future hires will follow Requirements / Strongly Preferred: • 3-5 years of prior experience as a BDR/SDR in a high-activity outbound motion • Experience selling into SaaS products into retail, CPG or finance, operations, or marketing • Entrepreneurial - a willingness to be resourceful and get things done without a lot of direction • Attention to detail - managing a lot of data and process • Comfortable engaging VP- and C-level prospects. Strong English speaking and writing skills — clear, confident, and compelling- to engage both technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to quickly understand and articulate value to business stakeholders during product demos • Deep knowledge of Keyword Research, On-Page Optimization, Content Marketing, Backlink Acquisition, And Technical SEO • Experience using the following tools: Ahrefs, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager • Strong experience or familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRMs. This job will focus on automation of outbound marketing • Strong understanding of digital marketing, life-stage marketing, and consumer decision journeys • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and client content, product, and development teams • Ability to work in dynamic fast paced environments • Organized, process-oriented, and high attention to detail • Background or strong awareness of fast moving AI, or B2B SaaS environments • Education: Bachelor's degree, an MBA is desirable Location
