About the Role We are looking for detail-oriented and enthusiastic fresh graduates to join as Data Annotation Specialists. In this role, you will work on AI data projects involving audio and video annotation, labelling, classification, and quality validation. Your work will contribute to improving the accuracy and performance of artificial intelligence and machine learning systems. This is a non-development role focused on data labelling, annotation, and quality assurance. No coding experience is required. Key Responsibilities Audio Annotation & Labelling Listen to audio recordings and accurately label speech and non-speech content. Identify speakers, conversations, background sounds, and speech segments. Add accurate timestamps, perform transcription when required, and classify audio content according to project guidelines. Video Annotation & Labelling Review video recordings to identify objects, people, actions, activities, and events. Label video content, track movements, assign timestamps, and perform frame-by-frame annotation when required. Ensure consistency and accuracy across annotated video datasets. Data Quality & Validation Review annotated datasets for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Identify and correct labelling errors, follow established annotation guidelines, maintain quality standards, and meet assigned productivity expectations. Eligibility Criteria Freshers and candidates with up to one year of experience are eligible. Previous data annotation experience is not mandatory. Required Skills Strong attention to detail, good English comprehension, basic computer knowledge, analytical thinking, listening and observation skills, and the ability to follow detailed instructions. Candidates should be comfortable working with audio and video content, identifying relevant information, and maintaining high levels of accuracy during repetitive annotation tasks. Preferred Qualifications Basic understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts. Familiarity with audio transcription, video labelling, data classification, or quality assurance. Experience using spreadsheets, annotation platforms, or data processing tools will be an added advantage.
