About the Role We’re hiring an experienced and strategic HR Head who can build our HR foundation from the ground up. This role involves working closely with the Founder, building the HR department, creating systems, driving culture, and leading recruitment initiatives across the organization. If you enjoy building, structuring, and scaling not just maintaining this role is perfect for you. Key Responsibilities Strategic People Leadership Partner directly with the Founder to define and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals. Build HR systems, policies, frameworks, and organizational structure for scale. Create the HR roadmap, including talent planning, culture development, and growth strategies. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Own end-to-end hiring: sourcing, interviews, assessments, onboarding, and offer management. Build hiring pipelines for tech, sales, operations, and leadership roles. Set up and manage an internal HR/Talent Acquisition team. Performance, Culture & Engagement Design and implement performance processes including KRAs, KPIs, OKRs, quarterly reviews, and annual appraisals. Build and nurture a high-performance, transparent, and growth-driven culture. Drive employee engagement, retention, leadership development, and learning programs. HR Operations & Compliance Manage HR operations covering payroll, attendance, leave management, and database systems. Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Labor Laws, POSH, and statutory HR requirements. Maintain HR dashboards and analytics for leadership decision-making. Employee Relations & Experience Lead grievance handling, conflict management, and employee communication. Build frameworks for career progression, employee well-being, and internal HR governance. Requirements 6–10 years of total HR experience, with 2–3 years in a leadership or strategy-heavy role. Proven experience in building HR processes, culture, and teams (startup/tech/SaaS experience is a plus). Strong understanding of hiring, HR automation, compliance, and performance frameworks.
