You will be responsible for responding to client queries, managing digital marketplace accounts, submitting service packages, and ensuring smooth coordination within the team. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to client queries via email, chat, or other communication channels. Create, update, and maintain company profiles and service listings on various digital marketplaces (e.g., Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.). Submit proposals, service packages, or responses to client inquiries on different platforms. Coordinate with team members to gather information and ensure accurate responses to client needs. Maintain internal records of client communications, submissions, and follow-ups. Assist in tracking the performance of service listings and suggest improvements. Provide support in other administrative or operational tasks as needed. Qualifications & Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
