Working directly with the leadership, you’ll be the first touchpoint with prospects and a key driver of our early growth. In this role, you will craft high-quality outbound campaigns, create curiosity around our AI agents, and book meetings with client finance, operations, marketing, sales and revenue leaders who stand to benefit most from our platform. This is a high-impact opportunity for a driven BDS who wants ownership, creativity, and progression into a future executive role as the team scales. Responsibilities • Drive top-of-funnel activity through high-volume outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) • Run initial discovery to identify challenges in data science and insights pain points to seed Naukr AI platform • Book qualified meetings and create a consistently strong pipeline • Maintain organized, accurate pipeline data in HubSpot, Apollo.io or equivalent • Collaborate with founders to refine ICP, messaging, and outbound strategy • Continuously test and iterate on scripts, sequences, and personalization
