Genpact is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Hyderabad (Pocharam). The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English and Hindi and a customer-focused approach. This role involves handling customer queries, providing resolutions, and ensuring a high standard of service. Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally. Resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Maintain and update customer records in the system. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and accurate solutions. Follow company policies and procedures to handle service requests. Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution. Adhere to work schedules, including rotational shifts and weekend availability. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Any graduate can apply. Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in customer service (Freshers are welcome). Languages: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends (6-day workweek).
