Job Description
Description : Saviynt Architect with strong integration experience to lead the design, implementation, and integration of Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions across complex enterprise environments. The role requires deep expertise in Saviynt architecture, connectors, APIs, and third-party system integrations, along with strong stakeholder engagement and solution governance capabilities. Key Responsibilities : Saviynt Architecture & Design : - Lead end-to-end architecture for Saviynt IGA implementations (Identity Governance, Access Governance, Application Onboarding). - Design scalable and secure IGA architectures aligned with enterprise IAM strategies. - Define logical and physical architecture, including environments, integrations, data flows, and security controls. Integrations & Connectivity : - Design and implement integrations with : 1. IAM platforms : Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, LDAP 2 Enterprise Applications : SAP (ECC/S/4HANA), Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow 3. Cloud Platforms : AWS, Azure, GCP 4. Databases & Custom Applications (REST, SOAP, JDBC) - Develop and manage Saviynt connectors, APIs, web services, and file-based integrations. - Handle custom integrations using REST APIs, JSON, XML, PowerShell, and scripting where required. - Ensure secure data exchange using OAuth, certificates, tokens, and encryption standards. Access Governance & Controls : - Implement : 1. JoinerMoverLeaver (JML) processes 2. Role-based and attribute-based access control (RBAC / ABAC) 3. Access request, approvals, and fulfillment workflows 4. Certification campaigns and SoD controls - Configure Saviynt workflows, rules, and policies aligned with compliance requirements. Platform Configuration & Customization : - Configure : 1. User lifecycle rules 2. Access request models 3 Approval workflows 4. Analytics and reporting - Optimize performance and scalability of Saviynt deployments. - Lead version upgrades, patching, and platform enhancements. Governance, Security & Compliance : - Ensure alignment with SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and other regulatory standards. - Define logging, audit, and reporting mechanisms. - Support internal and external audits related to identity and access management. Stakeholder & Program Leadership : - Act as technical lead and solution advisor for clients and internal teams. - Collaborate with business, security, application, and infrastructure stakeholders. - Provide architectural guidance, best practices, and design documentation. - Support pre-sales activities including solution design, effort estimation, and proposals. Required Skills & Experience : 8- 12+ years of IAM experience with 3-5+ years on Saviynt - Strong hands-on experience with : 1 Saviynt IGA platform architecture 2. Saviynt connectors and REST API integrations 3. Enterprise application onboarding - Proven experience integrating Saviynt with : 1. AD / Azure AD (Entra ID) 2. ServiceNow 3. SAP and HR systems - Strong understanding of IGA concepts, access governance, and identity lifecycle - Experience with cloud and hybrid IAM architectures Technical Skills : - REST / SOAP APIs, JSON, XML - SQL, JDBC - Scripting : PowerShell, Groovy (preferred) - OAuth 2.0, SAML, OpenID Connect - ITSM integration (ServiceNow) Education : - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
