Requirements: Strong understanding of design fundamentals — layout, typography, colour, and composition. Ability to develop creative content ideas aligned with briefs. Good knowledge of social media and visual storytelling. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects. Working knowledge of reels, video editing, and animation. Experience in 3D/4D or other modelling software is a plus. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and openness to feedback. Ability to work independently and within a team. Responsibilities: Support in building the visual language for 318 Create original visuals and layouts for social media and brand presence. Ensure designs align with content calendars. Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders. Assist with branding and project collaterals.
