The Member Success Manager serves as a strategic facilitator, understanding members' needs and effectively leveraging the platform to maximize their success. Role Overview We're seeking for a proactive, results-driven individual with extensive networking abilities to serve as our Member Success Manager who facilitates a group of a community of thought leaders, fostering collaboration and strategic growth within the chapter. The perfect candidate will possess deep insights into member-centric operations and a proven knack for fostering engagement and retention within community-focused organizations. In this pivotal role, the Member Success Manager will collaborate closely with top-tier leadership, executing strategic initiatives to uphold the vibrancy and success of our chapters. Responsibilities: ● Curate and organize 20 immersive, member-centric meetings annually, besides conducting retreats and cross chapter meetings. ● Lead and oversee the operations and activities of the chapter in accordance with CorporateConnections standards and guidelines. ● Foster a robust community spirit by actively engaging with members both offline and online on an ongoing, one-on-one basis. ● Provide personalized guidance and support to chapter members, comprehending their business requirements and facilitating connections with relevant contacts nationally and internationally to aid in the advancement of their professional objectives. ● Collaborate closely with the Chapter’s leadership teams to ensure that chapter activities are in line with organizational objectives and strategies. ● Represent the chapter and CorporateConnections in external engagements and networking opportunities and bring in valuable contributors to the room. ● Enhance the entire member lifecycle, ensuring a superior member experience and continued retention while strategically driving chapter growth and ensuring chapter health. ● Implement a robust feedback system to execute vital recommendations and ensure continuous improvement. ● Demonstrate adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges effectively, uphold integrity and champion CorporateConnections' values. Requirements: ● Impeccable communication, interpersonal and influencing skills ● Persuasive communicator adept at collaborating and leading teams. ● Well-traveled and adept at navigating the intricacies of global cultural sensitivity. ● The role entails occasional travel for important events. ● Open-minded and coachable, with a willingness to learn ● It's an added advantage of actively participating in networking groups. ● Bachelor's/Master’s Degree ● 5-8 years of experience in corporate leadership and entrepreneurial ventures will be a valuable asset.
