Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our growing team at a leading staffing company. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on hiring for sales and business development roles across industries. This role demands excellent sourcing capabilities, strong client coordination, and the ability to identify high-performing sales professionals for permanent, contract, and project-based roles. Prior experience in the staffing or recruitment services industry is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Partner with internal account managers and client stakeholders to understand specific sales role requirements. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for sales-based hiring, from sourcing to offer rollout. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting techniques. Conduct initial screening calls to assess sales aptitude, communication skills, and role fit. Coordinate interviews with client hiring teams and gather feedback for next steps. Maintain up-to-date candidate records and pipelines in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Build a strong database of potential sales candidates for recurring client needs. Ensure timely closures and meet aggressive hiring deadlines across multiple accounts. Provide a high-quality experience for both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 25 years of recruitment experience in a staffing or recruitment agency environment. Proven track record in sales hiring (e.g., inside sales, field sales, B2B/B2C sales, telesales). Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruitment tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple client requirements and deadlines simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with staffing clients in sectors such as BFSI, FMCG, Telecom, or EdTech. Prior use of ATS platforms (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Bullhorn, CEIPAL). Understanding of recruitment KPIs like TAT (Turnaround Time), source mix, and client satisfaction.
