Job Description
Engineering degree (CS preferred) or equivalent professional technical experience (3 years or more) Min. 1 year full-time or 2 years part-time working experience in roles involving internal or external support responsibilities. Knowledge of the internet: protocols, concepts etc (HTTP, DNS, SSL, TCP/IP). At least one of the following: Systems: UNIX/Linux or Windows Networking: familiarity with the routing protocols PaaS/Developer: ability to read, understand code and familiarity with Cloud PaaS and storage products. Entry-level domain knowledge: depth similar to public documentation or Wikipedia Note: For GCP Tech, please refer to the technical skills required "5.A GCP Skills: T2 & T3" Phone, email and chat support Maintain SLO's Using Troubleshooting tools and techniques for root cause assessment Internet protocols, Unix, Linux or windows GCP skills: T2 & T3
