Job Description Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Drive end-to-end delivery of engineering projects, ensuring quality, scalability, security, and timely execution. Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, DevOps, and Business teams to define technical roadmaps and project priorities. Conduct sprint planning, resource allocation, and capacity planning to ensure optimal team productivity. Review system architecture, technical designs, and code to maintain engineering best practices. Establish coding standards, development processes, and quality assurance practices. Monitor engineering metrics and continuously improve delivery efficiency and product reliability. Manage hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, career development, and succession planning for the engineering team. Identify technical risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Drive adoption of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation. Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements. Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance product capabilities and engineering efficiency.
