Collaboration & Delivery. ● Work closely with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation. ● Contribute to the evolving design system and maintain cross-platform consistency. AI Interaction Design. ● Design conversational and agent-driven interaction flows. ● Develop patterns that improve explainability, trust, and accuracy for AI experiences. ● Shape emerging workflows for product selection, support, and proposals. Who You Are ● 2–5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or Interaction Designer. ● Strong portfolio demonstrating clarity of thought, clean execution, and the ability to simplify complexity. ● Comfortable designing for data-heavy workflows, dashboards, or multi-step journeys. ● Skilled in wireframing, prototyping, UI design, and presenting your work clearly. ● Familiarity with modern design tools (Figma preferred). ● Curious, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments where ambiguity is normal. ● Bonus: Experience working with AI products, conversational interfaces, technical domains, or knowledge-heavy workflows.
