Key Responsibilities: A. Community leadership 1. Build, nurture, and engage the Hyderabad founder community. 2. Interact daily with founders and residents, ensuring a supportive and collaborative environment. 3. Design initiatives that strengthen connections within the local startup ecosystem. 4. Act as a visible representative and ecosystem leader within the startup community. B. Programs & events: 1. Plan, design, and execute frequent events (workshops, networking mixers, panel discussions, startup meetups) to drive ecosystem growth and visibility. 2. Host and moderate flagship programs such as founder programs, community cohorts, and demo days. 3. Ensure seamless execution with strong run-of-show planning, logistics coordination, and post-event follow-ups. 4. Build and maintain event calendars that position Hyderabad as a hub of entrepreneurial activity. 5. Collaborate with marketing teams to amplify event reach and ecosystem impact. C. Collaborations & partnerships: 1. Identify and secure collaborations with startups, corporates, universities, and government bodies. 2. Onboard partners for sponsorships, co-hosted events, and program support. 3. Represent the Hyderabad startup ecosystem at external events and ecosystem forums, building high-value partnerships. D. Social media & branding: 1. Represent the startup ecosystem across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and other platforms. 2. Highlight events, partnerships, founder stories, and ecosystem milestones online. 3. Support marketing campaigns that showcase ecosystem growth, innovation, and impact. What we offer: 1.
