Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy **Generative AI** models and solutions using cutting-edge techniques in **NLP**, **Deep Learning**, and **Machine Learning**. - Implement **Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)** architectures and **Agentic frameworks** to enhance model performance and scalability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production systems for real-world applications. - Work on end-to-end AI solution development: from data preprocessing, model training, testing, evaluation, to deployment. - Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models for improved accuracy and efficiency. - Contribute to research, explore new tools, libraries, and frameworks to stay at the forefront of the field. - Document model development and ensure code quality, performance, and reproducibility. - Troubleshoot, debug, and ensure the robustness of AI systems. Required Skills and Qualifications: - **Bachelor’s/Master’s degree** in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. - **1-2 years** of experience in AI/ML, with a focus on **NLP**, **Generative AI**, and **Deep Learning**. - Strong proficiency in **Python** and popular libraries such as **TensorFlow**, **PyTorch**, **Transformers**, etc. - Hands-on experience in building and deploying **Generative AI** models and frameworks. - Familiarity with **Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)**, **Agentic frameworks**, and other advanced AI paradigms. - Experience with containerization technologies, particularly **Docker**, for model deployment and scaling. - Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, model evaluation metrics, and model optimization. - Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). - Knowledge of additional AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., **spaCy**, **Hugging Face**). - Familiarity with model monitoring and performance tracking tools. - Experience with Agile development methodologies.
