Job Description
Customer Service Executive (CX 1) Educational Qualifications: Any Graduate or Undergraduate Work Experience: U1: Less than 18 months of experience, with a minimum of 12 months in Customer Service in an International BPO (Inbound Experience). U2: More than 18 months of experience, with a minimum of 18 months in International BPO Customer Service. Key Responsibilities: Handle basic customer queries related to telecom bills and assist in customer resolutions. Manage sales, billing inquiries, and provide resolutions as needed. Deliver excellent customer service by addressing concerns, troubleshooting, and providing effective solutions. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and professionally. Escalate issues as required to higher-level management, following standard operating procedures. Skills and Abilities: Prior experience in handling telecom bills, sales, and billing resolutions is a must. Ability to manage and resolve customer queries in a timely and effective manner. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with a focus on customer satisfaction. Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally. Computer Proficiency: Basic computer knowledge is required (MS Office, email correspondence, and internet browsing). Work Shifts: The candidate must be willing to work in US shifts (night shifts).
