Key Responsibilities Design and implement comprehensive Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies for global transformation programs. Collaborate with business leaders and key stakeholders to define the change vision, adoption roadmap, and success measures. Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and communication planning to ensure effective change execution. Develop and deliver training programs, enablement sessions, and cultural alignment workshops to drive behavioral change. Use digital tools and analytics to assess readiness, track progress, and optimize adoption. Work across global and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, people-centered change solutions. Required Skills & Experience 3–5 years of proven experience in Change Management, OCM, or Transformation Consulting. Demonstrated ability to manage change in complex, fast-paced business environments. Strong knowledge of organizational behavior, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategy. Hands-on experience with digital transformation, ERP implementations, or process re-engineering initiatives. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and influencing skills. Professional certifications such as PROSCI, PMP, or Agile are advantageous but not mandatory.
