We are seeking a high-energy Management Trainee Intern to support HR operations and people analytics. This role requires regular interaction with on-ground teams, visits to Swiggy POD locations, and strong data handling to support workforce efficiency, compliance, and engagement. The role is well-suited for candidates aspiring to grow into Operations HR / HR Business Partner (HRBP) roles. Preferred Academic Background Major or specialisation in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or Management Freshers or recent graduates preferred Key Responsibilities Support HR and workforce operations at Swiggy PODs (on-ground delivery units) Visit Swiggy POD locations as required to understand people and operational challenges Collect, clean, and analyze HR and operational data from PODs Maintain MIS, trackers, and reports using Excel Prepare insights and presentations for internal stakeholders Assist in attendance tracking, productivity analysis, attrition insights, and compliance support Coordinate with POD managers, HR teams, and central operations Identify gaps and suggest process improvements based on data and field observations Ensure timely execution and delivery of assigned tasks Required Skills & Competencies Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data handling, data analytics Good presentation and communication skills Strong data-driven mindset with attention to detail Clear interest in building a career in Operations HR / HRBP Problem-solving mindset with ability to think on the ground Ownership mindset with commitment to deadlines Adaptable, open to change, and comfortable in fast-paced environments Willingness to travel to Swiggy PODs whenever required Behavioural Expectations Field-oriented and comfortable engaging with on-ground teams Proactive and self-driven with strong execution skills Open to feedback and continuous learning Ability to work independently and propose actionable ideas Internship Details Duration 6 months Hands-on exposure to level HR operations with leadership Real-world experience in managing high-volume, operations-driven workforce Strong foundation for a long-term HRBP / Operations HR career Performance-based full-time opportunity may be considered PPO based on performance
