Industry Preference: HealthTech / MedTech / SaaS / IoT Role Overview • Drive end-to-end execution of Web Application, Mobile Application, and Backend, with sound knowledge of DevOps systems. • Ensure seamless integration with embedded systems. • Coordinate across product, engineering, clinical, and operations teams. Note: This is not a coordination-only role — the candidate must be capable of reviewing and guiding web application, mobile application, backend and support in DevOps. Key Responsibilities • Own delivery of web, mobile, backend, and cloud systems. • Translate product requirements into technical execution plans. • Lead Agile ceremonies and manage sprint cycles. • Coordinate across Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Embedded teams. • Manage release cycles and deployment processes. • Ensure quality through testing and validation. • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. • Track performance metrics like velocity and bug rates. • Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR). Required Skills & Qualifications 4–8 years in Technical Project Management or Engineering roles. Strong understanding of web/mobile/backend architectures. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Good to Have • Experience in HealthTech, MedTech, or IoT. • Exposure to real-time systems or wearable devices. • Understanding of healthcare data standards. • Familiarity with embedded systems. Reporting Structure Reports to CEO & COO Works closely with the Embedded Project Manager, Product Manager, Clinical, and Customer Success teams. Technical Expertise (Must Have) Strong in Python, MySQL, NoSQL databases, ReactJS, and Hybrid Platforms like Flutter Should have strong coding and debugging skills
