At QuickHyre AI, you’ll work at the intersection of Talent Acquisition and Business Development, helping us onboard companies and close 100+ fresher positions every month through AI-driven hiring. Key Responsibilities 🎯 Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Source, screen, and shortlist freshers and early-career candidates for various Tech and Non-Tech roles. Manage high-volume hiring drives (100+ positions/month) for startups and enterprises. Coordinate assessments, interviews, and onboarding for selected candidates. Ensure quality and timely closures of all assigned positions via the QuickHyre AI system. 🤝 Client Identification & Onboarding Identify and connect with HR managers, founders, and recruiters via LinkedIn and email outreach. Onboard at least 10 new companies per month to the QuickHyre AI platform for fresher tech and non-tech hiring. Post at least 10 fresh job openings (primarily fresher tech roles) every month after confirming with employers. Support companies throughout the hiring process — from job posting to candidate selection. Build and maintain long-term client relationships ensuring recurring hiring partnerships. 💡 Lead Generation & Networking Use LinkedIn and other professional networks to generate hiring leads. Actively engage in online communities, job forums, and campus networks to attract employers. Represent QuickHyre AI in college tie-ups, placement cells, and career events. 📊 Reporting & Targets Achieve the monthly targets of: 10 JD postings (tech fresher roles) 100+ successful position closures Prepare daily/weekly recruitment and client activity reports. Collaborate with the operations team for performance insights and improvements. Who Can Apply MBA HR / BBA / Graduate with a strong interest in Talent Acquisition & Client Engagement. Prior experience as a Placement Coordinator or Campus Recruitment Representative preferred. Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. Confident using LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and online job portals. Energetic, target-driven, and eager to grow fast in an HR or Client Success career path.
