Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our SMS operations. This role is ideal for someone interested in telecom, enterprise communications, or CPaaS platforms. You will assist the SMS Support team in managing day-to-day tasks including client coordination, delivery monitoring and troubleshooting issues. Key Responsibilities: Monitor SMS traffic, delivery reports (DLRs) and troubleshoot failed deliveries. Assist in onboarding new SMS clients (documentation, testing, initial configuration). Coordinate with internal teams and telecom operators for support escalations. Ensure compliance with DLT regulations and templates. Maintain logs, reports, and client support records. Respond to client queries on SMS issues via email or ticketing system. Support QA testing of new routes and features Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Commerce, BMS, IT, Telecom or related fields.
