Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven HR Talent Acquisition Intern to join our dynamic, fully remote team. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual to gain hands-on experience in strategic talent sourcing and acquisition within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging exceptional candidates for our Fortune 500 clientele, contributing directly to their long-term success. Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify, attract, and engage top-tier talent through various channels, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn, social networks, professional communities, databases, and other innovative sourcing strategies. Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles within Fortune 500 organizations. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, acting as a brand ambassador for QuickHyre AI and our clients. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, talent market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to inform sourcing strategies. Process Optimization: Assist in optimizing recruitment workflows and contributing to the continuous improvement of our talent acquisition processes. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, and human resources. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proactive, self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools is a plus.
