šŸŽÆ Key Responsibilities Generate B2B leads via LinkedIn (Sales Navigator, organic outreach, DMs) Build and maintain a strong LinkedIn personal brand Connect with founders, decision-makers, and CXOs Run structured outreach campaigns (connection → pitch → follow-up) Qualify inbound & outbound leads and convert them into clients Maintain CRM / lead tracker and report weekly performance Coordinate with internal teams to close deals smoothly āœ… Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable) 2–3 years of BD / Sales / Client Acquisition experience Active & professional LinkedIn profile (good network + engagement) Proven experience in LinkedIn-based lead generation Strong written communication for LinkedIn messages & follow-ups Hunger to grow, close deals, and scale accounts Age below 30 years
