Check that the work fits the brief and the intended use (print, web, social, broadcast, film). Write a short explanation for each decision so a reviewer can follow your reasoning. What we’re looking for Professional work as a photographer, cinematographer, director of photography, camera operator or video producer. Experience with real jobs: briefs, shoot days, post-production and delivery to a client. Daily use of professional cameras and editing or grading tools such as Lightroom, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve or Premiere. Comfort explaining why one shot works and another doesn’t. Clear written English.
