Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead large-scale SAP programs and testing initiatives across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on and leadership experience with Tricentis Tosca and Tricentis qTest, driving test automation strategy, quality governance, and successful SAP transformations. This is a 100% remote role within the USA. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end SAP programs across multiple workstreams (SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Fiori, etc.) Own program planning, execution, risk management, and delivery aligned with business objectives Define and drive test automation strategy using Tricentis Tosca for SAP and non-SAP applications Manage test management and reporting using Tricentis qTest Coordinate with cross-functional teams including SAP functional leads, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders Oversee QA governance, test metrics, defect management, and release readiness Ensure compliance with enterprise quality standards and best practices Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership Manage vendors, offshore/onshore teams, and project budgets as needed Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of experience in SAP program or project management Strong experience managing large SAP transformation programs Hands-on or leadership-level experience with: Tricentis Tosca (SAP automation) Tricentis qTest (test management & reporting) Strong understanding of SAP testing lifecycle, automation frameworks, and QA processes Experience with Agile, SAFe, and/or hybrid delivery models Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Proven ability to manage distributed teams in a remote environment Preferred Qualifications SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation experience PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or SAP certifications Experience integrating Tosca/qTest with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.) Experience working with global enterprise clients
