Recruiting- You will be trained on our recruiting program and use the recruiting software provided Onboarding- You will be responsible for the entire onboarding process and will implement a professional, paperless onboarding experience. You will also coordinate orientation with the Safety Director and the Maintenance Director. Retention- Implement driver retention strategies, create social media videos and company content, and create and send surveys to drivers. Human Resources- Ability to terminate employees, discuss and resolve issues, basic compliance knowledge
