We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The role will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to generate actionable insights that drive business decisions, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources. • Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance trackers (using tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau/Power BI). • Support business teams with ad-hoc data requirements and decision-making. • Monitor key KPIs and provide early warnings on deviations. • Work with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, CRM, Finance) to provide insights and recommendations. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting. • Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives in reporting and analytics. Key Skills & Competencies • Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, lookups, macros preferred). • Hands-on experience with SQL for querying databases. • Exposure to BI & visualization tools such as Tableau / Power BI. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets. • Good communication skills – ability to translate data into business insights. • Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines. Educational Qualification & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. • 1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role. • Experience in logistics/e-commerce industry will be an added advantage.
