Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven expertise in UI design principles and frontend development methodologies. Extensive experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and component-based architectures. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for clear, open collaboration. Demonstrated ability to empathize with end-users and deliver delightful experiences. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to pixel-perfect execution. Ability to work independently and proactively in a fully remote, distributed environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with UI animation, micro-interactions, or design systems. Background in building accessible, inclusive digital products.
