Experience managing leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities. Familiarity with Salesforce Flow, automation, reports, and dashboards. Experience using Salesforce for sales, CRM, or business operations workflows. Good understanding of CRM data management. Ability to explain Salesforce workflows clearly and accurately. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Salesforce certifications are a plus, but not required.
