Job Description
Responsibilities Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, and test software modules for live systems. Write clean, maintainable, and well documented code that aligns with team guidelines. Participate in code reviews, debugging, and iterative problem solving activities. Assist in building APIs, microservices, and automation components for financial workflows. Research and implement solutions to enhance performance, reliability, and security. Work with product and QA teams to validate features, identify issues, and propose improvements. Learn and apply best practices in version control, unit testing, and continuous integration. Qualifications Knowledge of programming fundamentals and Data Structures and Algorithms. Proficiency in at least one language such as C, C++, or Java. Good understanding of object oriented concepts, problem solving, and debugging. Familiarity with Git or any version control tool, and willingness to learn modern workflows. Ability to quickly pick up new concepts, tools, and technologies with curiosity and intent. Excellent communication skills, logical thinking, and a collaborative mindset. Prior project, internship, or personal development work will be appreciated. Pay range and compensation package Monthly stipend of 40,000 INR with structured mentorship and guided onboarding. Performance based PPO up to INR 14 LPA annually.
