As a Strategic Projects Lead (SPL), you will own the end-to-end delivery and execution of coding data pipelines that support the training of frontier AI models. You will work closely with AI Lab clients, software engineering experts, reviewers, and internal operations teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and efficient project execution. This role requires strong technical understanding, operational ownership, analytical thinking, and the ability to drive complex workflows from strategy through delivery. What You’ll Do Own End-to-End Delivery Lead the complete lifecycle of coding data pipelines, ensuring high-quality execution, timely delivery, and strong alignment with client requirements. Drive Workflow Automation Identify and implement opportunities to automate pipeline workflows, including task generation, validation, quality control, reporting, and operational processes. Lead Cross-Functional Execution Coordinate closely with subject matter experts, reviewers, MTS, internal teams, and clients to ensure consistent execution and high-quality outcomes. Define Quality Standards Develop clear task specifications, golden samples, evaluation criteria, and review rubrics to establish consistent and scalable quality standards. Monitor and Optimize Pipeline Performance Track key operational and quality metrics, including quality, AHT, throughput, productivity, and delivery performance, and take action to improve pipeline health. Drive Continuous Improvement Use client feedback, audits, performance data, and operational insights to identify bottlenecks and continuously improve workflows, quality, and scalability. Translate Requirements into Execution Convert complex client requirements into clear technical specifications, actionable workflows, and scalable execution plans. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. Strong understanding of software engineering principles, coding fundamentals, and technical workflows. 2+ years of experience leading technical projects, operations, engineering workflows, or complex data-driven programs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and performance metrics to identify issues and drive improvements. Demonstrated ability to translate client or business requirements into clear technical specifications and scalable operational workflows. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical, operational, and client-facing teams. A strong ownership mindset, with the ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and drive projects to completion.
