Job Description We are actively seeking dynamic and ambitious individuals to join our Sales team. This role involves creating and expanding our client portfolio through proactive business development strategies. Responsibilities ● Identify opportunities for new business development by diligently following up on leads and conducting in-depth research on target clients. ● Generate new business by meeting potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions. ● Manage the end-to-end sales process to successfully close new business opportunities. ● Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business. ● Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets, demonstrating a results-driven approach. ● Develop compelling pitches to engage and win prospective clients.Requirements ● 0-1 years of experience in Sales. ● Educational Qualifications: B.Tech/B.E with MBA. ● Above 60 percentile in CAT is preferred. ● Above 65% in 10th, 12th, Graduation, and Post Graduation. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively connect and interact with potential customers. ● Good presentation skills. ● Proven experience in lead generation and prospect management. ● Demonstrated persuasiveness, systematic approach, and goal-oriented mindset. ● Energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills. ● Professional and confident communication with clients. ● Strong analytical and time-management skills. ● Willingness to travel for meetings. ● Commitment to a long-term association with the company.
