About Snabbit : Snabbit is a hyperlocal home services platform that connects households with trained, trusted house help professionals. They're growing fast, and their on-ground recruiters are the foundation of that growth. About the Role : As a Field Recruiter, you will identify, engage, and onboard house help professionals in your assigned areas. You'll be the face of Snabbit on the ground, building trust with candidates and guiding them from first conversation to completed training. Key Responsibilities : • Reach your assigned catchment areas and supply zones on time every day. • Approach and speak with potential house help professionals, explaining the benefits of working with Snabbit. • Collect and enter candidate details accurately in the app. • Accompany and guide interested candidates to the training centre. • Follow up consistently until each candidate completes onboarding. • Achieve daily and weekly recruitment targets. Who You Are : • Comfortable with daily fieldwork and travel within the city. • Fluent in the local language and/or Hindi; basic English is a plus. • Friendly, confident, and good at starting conversations with new people. • Own a smartphone and are comfortable using apps. • Own a two-wheeler (preferred). • Prior field sales or recruitment experience is a plus, but not required. Freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
