Job Summary: Dermatouch is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer support, with fluency in both English and Hindi. In this role, they will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service across multiple channels, ensuring that our customers receive the highest standard of support. Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and social media queries in a timely and professional manner. Multilingual Support: Provide customer support in both English and Hindi to address queries and concerns. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. Data Management: Accurately log and update customer information in CRM systems and maintain reports. Feedback Loop: Collect and document customer feedback to help improve Dermatouch products and services. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of issues and seamless customer experience. Skills Required: Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM software and basic office tools. Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support role.
