We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full Stack Developer with 2-3 years of experience to join our development team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, Flask APIs, MongoDB, and a keen interest or hands-on experience in Generative AI (GenAI). You will be involved in building modern, scalable, and intelligent web applications. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain full stack web applications using React, Next.js, and Flask. Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices. Work with MongoDB for data modeling, integration, and optimization. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into high-quality front-end code. Integrate GenAI models or APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face) into application workflows. Write clean, reusable, and efficient code with TypeScript for both front-end and back-end. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes. Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of applications. Required Skills & Qualifications 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer. Proficient in React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript. Solid experience with Flask (Python) and REST API development. Strong knowledge of MongoDB and NoSQL database concepts. Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control best practices. Familiarity with GenAI technologies, APIs, or tools like OpenAI, LangChain, or similar. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Nice to Have Experience with authentication frameworks (e.g., NextAuth, OAuth). Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP). Exposure to MLOps or ML model integration in web apps.
