Job Overview: We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer Trainee to join our team in either Bangalore or Mumbai. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma, with an interest in emerging AI tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, and ChatGPT. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with account managers to understand project requirements and business objectives. Create designs, concepts, and layouts based on aesthetic principles and brand guidelines. Work closely with a team of designers, copywriters, team leads, and other stakeholders to bring creative ideas to life. Manage and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Continuously update and maintain a well-curated portfolio to showcase your design work. Participate in team discussions and contribute to the creative process. Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry developments to bring fresh ideas to the team. Key Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma. Knowledge of AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT) is a plus. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Keen interest in learning new design techniques and staying updated on industry trends. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. A well-curated portfolio demonstrating your design work.
