Role Summary: We are looking for a Sales Lead with experience in Remote Patient Monitoring to drive growth for our RPM solutions across hospitals, clinics, and healthcare partners. The ideal candidate should understand the healthcare sales cycle, stakeholder management, and how RPM creates value for providers and patients. Key Responsibilities Drive sales of RPM solutions to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions Build relationships with doctors, hospital management, procurement, and decision-makers Generate leads, manage pipeline, and close deals Present product demos and communicate the clinical/business value of RPM Work closely with product, customer success, and operations teams for smooth deployments Track sales targets, revenue growth, and market expansion Preferred Experience 8 – 12 years in healthcare / medtech / digital health sales, and any candidate from a competitor company Prior experience selling RPM / medical devices / connected health solutions Strong network with hospitals and healthcare providers Good understanding of B2B enterprise sales and consultative selling Strong communication and negotiation skills
