Key Responsibilities User Relationship and Engagement Engage with users actively building products on QwikBuild to understand their goals and use cases Maintain consistent communication to guide, support, and motivate users throughout their build journey Build strong, trust-based relationships with new and existing users to drive long-term engagement CRM and Pipeline Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM Track user movement across onboarding, engagement, and conversion stages Identify high-intent users and support their conversion to paid plans User Outreach and Conversion Connect with users via calls to gather feedback, understand challenges, and identify blockers Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the overall user experience Pitch relevant paid plans and upgrades by clearly explaining the value of advanced QwikBuild features Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as the voice of the user by sharing insights, feedback, and blockers with product and tech teams Support improvements in onboarding flows, support processes, and feature adoption using real-time user insights Customer Success and Growth Support users post-conversion to ensure successful adoption and product launch Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with different stages of the user journey Celebrate user milestones and help users confidently launch or publish their products Key Requirements Experience in business development, inside sales, customer success, or user engagement roles Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi Comfortable with phone and video conversations with a consultative sales approach Familiarity with CRM tools and basic pipeline tracking Strong ownership mindset with empathy and problem-solving skills Passion for startups, SaaS, no-code tools, and user-focused products Work Mode and Benefits Work location is Indiranagar, Bangalore with a full work-from-office setup High-growth startup environment with meaningful ownership Hands-on exposure to no-code products and SaaS growth Competitive compensation with performance-linked incentives Continuous learning, training, and career growth opportunities
