Job Description
(30-Day Project) - IMMEDIATE JOINER *The Project* We are teaching robot arms to move like humans. We hire contributors to record their daily chores using the Shift App and a special POV headgear. These contributors are paid per hour for their recordings. *Your Role As a Support Agent* As a Support Specialist, you will help these hourly contributors succeed. Since many are not tech-savvy, you must be extremely patient and clear in your instructions. This is a 15-day contract starting immediately. *What You Will Do* • Gear Setup: Help users correctly wear the headgear and attach their phones for POV recording. • Video Quality Control: Act as a guide to ensure their video quality is good (lighting, camera angles, and stability) so the data is usable. • Payment Support: Answer questions regarding their hourly pay and resolve any recharge or payment queries. • Issue Reporting: If a user has a problem with the app or their pay, you will raise a ticket using a Google Form for our team to fix. • User Experience: Walk users through the process to ensure they have a smooth and easy experience while recording. *Requirements* • Experience:*2+ years* in Customer Support. • Soft Skills: High level of patience; ability to explain simple things to people who struggle with technology. • Language: Fluent in *Hindi , English & Marathi* • Location: Must work on-site at World Trade Center, Pune. *Contract & Pay* • Pay: ₹1,300 per day. • Duration:*30 Days* (*Contractual*).
