Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and technically strong fresher who enjoys deep-diving into problems, understanding requirements thoroughly, and building scalable backend systems powered by AI. You will work on real-world AI products involving backend engineering, APIs, embeddings, semantic search, RAG pipelines, automation workflows, and scalable SaaS systems. The role is ideal for someone passionate about Python, backend development, and Generative AI. Responsibilities Develop scalable backend systems using Python and FastAPI/Flask Build and maintain REST APIs and microservices Work with PostgreSQL and write optimized SQL queries Integrate OpenAI APIs and open-source LLM/embedding models Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines Work with embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases Develop document retrieval and AI-powered search systems Participate in architecture discussions and backend optimization Build automation workflows and AI-powered SaaS features Debug, optimize, and improve backend performance Understand product requirements deeply and convert them into technical solutions Required Skills Backend Development Strong proficiency in Python Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or similar backend frameworks Understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture Good knowledge of PostgreSQL Strong SQL query writing skills Understanding of scalable backend systems AI / Generative AI Understanding of embeddings and semantic search Familiarity with vector databases Knowledge of RAG pipelines Experience integrating OpenAI APIs or open-source AI models Basic understanding of AI automation workflows Understanding of vector search and document retrieval systems Who Should Apply Freshers passionate about Backend Development and Generative AI Candidates who build projects and learn independently Developers who enjoy solving real engineering problems Engineers interested in scalable AI applications and modern backend systems Knowledge of asynchronous processing and background workers Perks & Benefits Opportunity to work directly with the core product team on real-world production systems.
