Implement and maintain the projects Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures in compliance with company and client standards. Conduct regular inspections for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting installations. Review and approve method statements, ITPs, material submittals, and shop drawings. Monitor the execution of MEP works to ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to resolve quality issues. Prepare and maintain quality documentation such as inspection reports, NCRs, test reports, and QA/QC logs. Ensure all testing and commissioning activities meet required standards. Participate in site audits, internal quality reviews, and handover inspections. Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented for quality non-conformities. Support project closeout and documentation as per QA/QC requirements. Key Skills & Competencies: In-depth knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting). Strong understanding of construction quality standards, ISO systems, and QA/QC processes. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and relevant QA/QC documentation tools. Preferred Background: Experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure MEP projects. Familiarity with Blue Star or similar leading MEP contracting company quality systems.
