You’ll be the voice users hear when they: Onboard for the first time Make payments Hit an error (oops) Upload policies Get reminders, alerts, and nudges Learn what insurance actually means (without Googling it later) In short, you’ll write: Microcopy for screens and user journeys Onboarding, payments, tooltips, errors, and success states Notifications, reminders, policy uploads, and alerts User education content in very simple, very human language Tone rules so the app sounds like one clear, consistent voice everywhere What Will We Expect from You? Strong experience writing for a B2C mobile app Ability to simplify complex ideas aggressively Creative thinking for social and website storytelling Strong grammar and a natural Indian tone of voice Writing portfolio with UX and marketing samples Comfort with fast changes, experimentation, and feedback What are We Looking For?
